We are notifying your insureds that they can receive instructions on our website on how to use the Customer Portal. The email directs them to step-by-step instructions on how to file a claim through the portal. Here is the link to that location. We also have added tutorials on how make a payment, report payroll and remind them that once they are registered, they will have.

Remember, successful implementation of these changes requires that our online systems, agent and customer portals will be temporarily offline and unavailable: Thursday, September 27 at 6 p.m. until Monday, October 1 at 9 a.m.

We encourage you to work with your Underwriter to bind any open new business quotes by Thursday, September 27.
