Effective Today: CopperPoint Agent Portal and Billing Enhancements

Dear Valued Agency Partner,

We are excited to announce that today we launched several enhancements to the
CopperPoint Agent Portal as part of our continued efforts to promote ease of doing workers’ compensation business in AZ, CA, CO, NM, NV, and UT.

These include straight-through processing for qualified small business, automatic notifications and new payment options. If you already have access to the portal, your credentials may be impacted. Visit the Portal Help Center for log-in assistance.

As with any system upgrade, we are managing through start-up issues and are working to resolve them. Please note:

  • Homepage Search – Some searching capabilities from the landing page are temporarily inoperable. In the meantime, client information can be found from the Accounts, Policies, or Claims links at the top of the page.
  • Loss Runs/Claims Information – These are now available for all California and Southwest states workers’ compensation policies via the CopperPoint agent portal only. Reports requested from a policy’s green claims tile will be queued and delivered to your email by the end of day Tuesday.
  • Notifications – Agents may now enroll in email alerts for account management from the My Profile tab, and some have already delivered. Subscription options will not carry over from the PacificComp Portal, but new elections can be updated at any time. Please be aware that notice of cancellation alerts have contained incorrect policy cancellation dates—view the list on portal homepage for accurate confirmation. Policyholders have not been communicated any incorrect NOC details.
  • Access – Users experiencing difficulty logging in can use the Forgot Password reset from pe.copperpoint.com or send a request to PortalAdmin@copperpoint.com for further assistance.

We appreciate your patience as we continue to improve our online experience.

Thank you for your continued partnership,
