Our Commitment

CopperPoint Insurance Company maintains strong values of responsibility and integrity and we are committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation.

Whether you are an employee, policyholder, claimant, vendor, or other CopperPoint business partner, we want you to feel comfortable reporting concerns directly to management, or by using this hotline.

Our Code of Conduct contains general guidelines for our employees to conduct business with the highest standards of ethics. Our Third Party Code of Conduct provides CopperPoint’s expectation of ethical business practices for our business partners and vendors.

We want employees to feel comfortable approaching their supervisor, HR, or management in instances where they believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. Our business partners are also encouraged to contact management with their concerns.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations of our codes of conduct, as well as other concerns you may have. You may also submit reports asking for guidance related to policies and procedures.

The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our assurance that your comments will be heard.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

  • Select the "Make a Report" link at the top of this web page.
  • OR
  • Dial toll-free, within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 3-4 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
