It gives me great pleasure to welcome back Don Esparza to our California region. Don rejoins CopperPoint as Vice President, Business Development & Distribution.

As many of you know, Don is an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Distribution for Unico American. During his career, he has provided sales training and led, developed, implemented, and executed strategic growth initiatives spanning a wide variety of industry verticals.
