- 6:30 – 8:30 pm: Three-Course Plated On-Site Dinner - Montage Gallery III

- 9:00 – 10:00 am: Breakfast Buffet for all Guests Montage Grand West Ballroom
- 11:30 am: Group Departure to Winery (TBD) - Meet in Porte Co·chère
- 12:00 – 3:00 pm: Off-Site Wine Tasting & Lunch (Location TBD)
- 3:00 pm: Group Departure back to Montage
- 3:00 – 6:00 pm: Guest Leisure Time
- 6:15 pm: Group Departure to The Matheson - Meet in Porte Co·chère
- 6:30 – 9:00 pm: Off-site Cocktail Reception and 3-Course Plated Dinner at The Matheson with Special Host and Owner, Dustin Valette
- 9:00 pm: Group Departure back to Montage

- Breakfast on your own: Guests may utilize room service or dine at the on-site restaurant prior to departure
