      Can I receive emailed notifications regarding my accounts? [Agent/Broker Help Article]

      CopperPoint Agent Portal Directions

      • You can receive email notifications for all policies under the producer codes that you have access to.
      • Notifications can be turned on by selecting My Profile. From the Profile screen you can see what producer codes you have access to and select which notifications you would like to receive.
      • Notifications will be sent for all policies under your authorized producer code(s), regardless of the name of the producer or account manager on the account.

      Alaska National Agent/Broker Portal Directions

      • Email notifications are not available in the Alaska National Agent/Broker Portal.
