How is the Policyholder portal account administrator for my policy determined? [Policyholder Help Article]
Notice: Only Portal users with Administrative permission may make changes to an account or policy. For other changes, please contact your Agent, click here to submit a Help Request or contact us directly at 800.231.1363.
CopperPoint Policyholder Portal Directions
- The first user to register for the CopperPoint Policyholder Portal, under an Account, will be given full Administrative permissions.
- The User Administrator may create other user administrators, at any time.
