My new business application uploaded in the Portal, now what happens?

Notice: New business workers' compensation submissions in AZ, CA, CO, NM, NV, UT are submitted in the CopperPoint Agent/Broker Portal. P&C submissions can be submitted to submissons@copperpoint.com.

New business P&C and workers' compensation submissions in AK, ID, MT, OR, WA are emailed to your Underwriting contact.

Workers' Compensation: New Business Submissions in AZ, CA, CO, NM, NV, UT

  • Upload will not happen instantly but will take a few moments to process, typically 5-10 seconds per page. For best results, upload the ACORD 130 only--additional documents can be loaded later.
  • If upload is successful, you will be able review the data, make updates, and submit.
  • If upload fails, the submission pages will be blank form (same as if you did not click upload). The fields can be completed manually.

P&C and Workers' Compensation: New Business Submissions in AK, ID, MT, OR, WA

  • Agents/Brokers email ACORDs, Loss Runs and additional supplemental applications and information to your Underwriting contact.
  • Agents can copy submissions@copperpoint.com to expedite the market reservation of their account.
