      Can I disable one of the types of email notifications? [Policyholder Help Article]

       

      Notice: Only Portal users with Administrative permission may make changes to an account or policy. For other changes, please contact your Agent, click here to submit a Help Request or contact us directly at 800.231.1363.

      CopperPoint Policyholder Portal Directions

      • You may choose to receive all , some, or no email notifications.
      • Users with Account Admin permissions can enable or disable all email notifications for specific users via the User Administration tab.
