Can I get email notifications regarding my account? [Policyholder Help Article]

 

Notice: Account information for CopperPoint and PacificComp policyholders can be found in CopperPoint Policyholder Portal.

Account information for Alaska National policyholders can be found in the Alaska National Policyholder Portal.

CopperPoint Policyholder Portal Directions

Portal Administrators can modify the email notification settings of their users. These are available for all users:

  • Invoice Ready - billing invoice has printed for your account
  • Invoice Due - invoice is due within five days and is unpaid
  • Document Posted - new account/policy document is available
  • Payroll Reminder - payroll report is due in five days and is unfinished

These events will trigger an email with relevant information to the subscribed users. An account can have multiple users subscribed to alerts.

Alaska National Policyholder Portal Directions
