Will I receive confirmation of my payment? [Policyholder Help Article]

Notice: If your CopperPoint, Alaska National or PacificComp policy origination date is on or after April 1, 2022, or your policy renewal date is on or after June 1, 2022, please use the CopperPoint Policyholder Portal for all billing and payment needs.

  • Once a payment has been made, the user executing the transaction will receive a confirmation email, and the account balance will be updated on the Billing page.
  • The confirmation email will come from portaladmin@copperpoint.com.
