      Can I view my payroll advice/completed payroll report from the portal? [Policyholder Help Article]

       

      Notice: CopperPoint and PacificComp Policyholders can report monthly payroll in the CopperPoint Policyholder Portal. 

      Alaska National Agents/Brokers can report monthly payroll in the Alaska National Policyholders Portal.

      CopperPoint Policyholder Portal Directions

      Yes, payroll advice documents are available in the Payroll Documents tab of the Payroll Reporting page. Payroll Report Advice document will be available a few minutes after completing the payroll report.

      Alaska National Policyholder Portal Directions

      • Login to the Alaska National Policyholder Portal.
      • After selecting your account, click the Enter Audit Information tile to report payroll.
      • From the Audit Information page, select a submitted reporting term, and the View Interim Audit  button will be available in the lower-left corner to download the confirmation document.
