How do I remove an Agent portal user? [Agent/Broker Help Article]

CopperPoint Agent/Broker Portal Directions

  • Users with the Agency Admin permission can add, remove, and modify users from the User Admin tab.
  • On the User Admin tab, select Remove next to the specified user.
  • Admin permission can be granted by existing agency administrators; if none exist for your agency, click here for support.

Alaska National Agent/Broker Portal

  1. Login to the Alaska National Agent/Broker Portal.
    *Account administrators may add new users from the Manage User Accounts tab once logged in.
  2. Click My Portals and choose Alaska National.
  3. Navigate to the Manage User Accounts tab.
