Portal

- No change for agents with an existing CopperPoint ID and login You may log in directly at pe.copperpoint.com
- Agents new to the CopperPoint Portal: please email portaladmin@copperpoint.com to receive a new login ID. You may use the same password for the Alaska National portal

- No change for policyholders with an existing CopperPoint ID and login credentials. You may log in directly at ce.copperpoint.com
- • Customers new to the CopperPoint Portal: please email portaladmin@copperpoint.com to receive a new login ID. You may use the same password for the Alaska National portal

- Billing information, including invoice documents and billing alerts, for all accounts
- Claims information and reports for all accounts, all lines of business, beginning 5/5/25
- Policy documents for Alaska National policies will be accessible beginning with 9/1/25 renewals/new business and later effective dates

- Additional claim information, including adjuster contact info, adjuster notes, and financial information presented in new, accessible format.
- A new report, Detail Loss Extract, has also been added.
Claims

- All active and historic P&C claims will be accessible from the CopperPoint Portal after 5/5/2025.
- Loss Runs and other claims reports will be available through the CopperPoint Portal.
- Loss Runs will feature a new look and feel. Click here to see a detailed view.

- New claims will have a 10-digit number
- Existing claim numbers will remain unchanged but will have 'AN' added to them
Billing

- Third-party deductibles will now be invoiced though the premium invoices
