24/7 Injury Helpline

  1. When you call the Helpline, you or your supervisor call and describe the symptoms of the injury to a nurse.
  2. The nurse provides clinical recommendation to either self-care (treat with over-the-counter medication, ice pack, etc.) or to seek medical treatment from a clinic. 
  3. The incident report is then distributed to both CopperPoint Insurance Companies and the designated report recipients.
