- When you call the Helpline, you or your supervisor call and describe the symptoms of the injury to a nurse.
- The nurse provides clinical recommendation to either self-care (treat with over-the-counter medication, ice pack, etc.) or to seek medical treatment from a clinic.
- The incident report is then distributed to both CopperPoint Insurance Companies and the designated report recipients.
