How do I add or remove permissions for a registered user? [Policyholder Help Article]

 

Notice: Only Portal users with Administrative permission may make changes to an account or policy. For other changes, please contact your Agent, click here to submit a Help Request or contact us directly at 800.231.1363.

CopperPoint Policyholder Portal Directions

  • From the User Administration page, click on a user's details to see listed authorities to add or remove.
  • All users have the Basic role, and Account Admins have all roles.
