Can I cancel automatic payments in the portal? [Policyholder Help Article]

Notice: If your CopperPoint, Alaska National or PacificComp policy origination date is on or after April 1, 2022, or your policy renewal date is on or after June 1, 2022, please use the CopperPoint Policyholder Portal for all billing and payment needs.

If you have questions or are unsure if you have Portal Billing permissions, contact your Account Administrator or click here to submit a Help Request.

  1. Login to the CopperPoint Policyholder Portal to cancel automatic payments.
  • You may cancel your automatic payments by clicking the hyperlink below the Make a One-Time Payment button.
  • You will be taken to a screen to acknowledge and agree to cancelling your Automatic Payments, effective the date in bold.
  • A pop-up message should occur if the payments were successfully cancelled, and the user will receive email confirmation.
  • A letter documenting your cancellation will also be available in your Billing Documents.
