How do I modify an Agent portal user’s access? [Agent/Broker Help Article]

CopperPoint Agent Portal Directions

  • On the User Admin tab, select Edit next to the user you wish to modify.
  • Access can be granted/restricted based of off specific producer codes, which allows customization of access for agencies with multiple branches/subcodes.


Alaska National Agent/Broker Portal

  1. Login to the Alaska National Agent/Broker Portal.
    *Account administrators may add new users from the Manage User Accounts tab once logged in.
  2. Click My Portals and choose Alaska National.
  3. Navigate to the Manage User Accounts tab.
