What is a Payroll Reporting Plan? [Policyholder Help Article]

 

Notice: CopperPoint and PacificComp Policyholders can report monthly payroll in the CopperPoint Policyholder Portal

Alaska National Agents/Brokers can report monthly payroll in the Alaska National Policyholders Portal


If you have questions, contact your Portal Account Administrator, call us at 800.231-1363, or click here to submit a Help Request.

  • Policies with payroll reporting payment plans require regular (monthly or quarterly) input of wages earned to calculate premium.
  • If your policy is on a payroll reporting plan, you may access your reports via the Payroll Reporting tab or the Quick Link on the Portal homepage.
  • From this screen, you may start a new payroll report, complete a report previously started, or request a change to a completed report.
  • Once payroll has been submitted, the payroll report advice will be shown on the Payroll Documents tab within a few minutes.
