      Where do I find a policy packet, endorsements, and other policy documents? [Agent/Broker Help Article]

      CopperPoint Agent Portal Directions

      1. Login to the CopperPoint Agent/Broker Portal.
      2. Within Policy, select the Documents tile.
      3. The Policy tab will be selected (in orange), and the most recent policy term will display.
      4. Select the correct policy term filter to display policy packets for previous periods (if available). 
      5. Common documents listed include policy packets, endorsements, payroll reports, and notices of cancellations.

      Alaska National Agent Portal Directions

      1. Login to the Alaska National Agent/Broker Portal.
      2. From the Account Dashboard, select an account and then the Get Policy Documents tile.
      3. The documents listed can be downloaded or emailed to you.
