Policyholder Portal Registration.

 

Notice: CopperPoint and PacificComp policyholders, register for the CopperPoint Policyholder Portal. If your Portal Account already has a user, with Administrative permissions at your organization, contact your Account Administrator to request Portal access.

For all Alaska National policies with a policy period effective date of 11/01/2025 and later, the CopperPoint portal is utilized for your policy and reporting needs. If your Alaska National policy has an effective date before 11/1/2025, you can register for the Alaska National Policyholder Portal.

CopperPoint Policyholder Portal Directions

  • If your Account already has a user with Administrative permissions in the CopperPoint Policyholder Portal, contact the Account Administrator to request Portal access.
  • If you're Account is new to the CopperPoint Policyholder Portal and you are the first user to request access, click here to register and be prepared to provide:
  1. Account Number
  2. Policy Number

Alaska National Policyholder Portal Directions

  1. To register for the Alaska National Policyholders Portal, click here.
  2. You will need to complete a brief form with at least one policy number.
  3. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email from noreply@okta.com with a link to setup your password. Your username is the email address you used upon registering.
