How do I remove a Policyholder Portal user? [Policyholder Help Article]
Notice: Only Portal users with Administrative permission may make changes to an account or policy. For other changes, please contact your Agent, click here to submit a Help Request or contact us directly at 800.231.1363.
CopperPoint Policyholder Portal Directions
From the User Administration page, click on Remove next to the appropriate names. An admin may remove any other user.
