How do I file a new workers’ compensation claim? [Policyholder Help Article]
Notice: CopperPoint, PacificComp and Alaska National policyholders manage claims in the CopperPoint Policyholder Portal.
If you have questions, contact your Portal Account Administrator, call us at 800.231-1363, or click here to submit a Help Request.
CopperPoint and PacificComp Policyholders
- Login to the CopperPoint Policyholder Portal.
- Click on the Claims page.
- Select the File a Claim button from the Claims page.
Note: If there is another claim in the system within 72 hours of the time entered, a warning message for possible duplicate will appear. You may check your open claims on the home screen or ignore the message to continue.
