What should I check on my application before uploading to the Agent portal?
    • Check your form for missing or unreadable data.

    • Handwritten forms are not supported. The system will allow you to upload, but the reading of the data will be very poor.

    • Check within the Locations section, Individuals Included/Excluded and State Rating Worksheet for missing Location numbers (LOC #) that are located on each line. These location numbers help ensure that class codes are assigned to the correct State/Address and Individuals Included/Excluded are assigned to the correct State. If these are blank, you may find incorrectly assigned or missing class codes/officers.

    • Each ACORD document is a multi-page layout that must be in sequential order with no pages missing within the same file.

    • For best results, image resolution must be greater than or equal to 300 dpi for font sizes of 10 points or larger and 400-600 dpi for font sizes of 9 points or smaller.

    • Overlapping text and text touching lines will affect quality/accuracy.

    • Officers to be covered on a policy should be designated with “Inc”, or “Incl.” in the appropriate column. The initial “I” may not be read correctly.
