Our vision for community engagement is built on the belief that giving back to the communities where our employees and customers live and work is an essential part of our business. It’s an important strategic pillar for us. And it’s the heart of our company. 

CopperPoint’s community engagement consists of employee volunteerism, board participation, corporate matching, sponsorships and in-kind contributions. By extending our support to community, non-profit and charitable organizations, we’ve leveraged our culture of compassion to improve the quality of life in the communities we’re proud to call home.

We encourage our employees to offer their time and talent to nonprofits they connect with. We host an annual volunteer fair, offer 12 hours of paid volunteer time during business hours and provide a $500 corporate match for every employee to eligible nonprofits.
