    OSHA Regulation Updates

     
    Policyholder Reminder: OSHA Recordkeeping logs are due March 2.

    Businesses that meet specific size and industry criteria are required to electronically submit their injury and illness data using OSHA Form 300A, 300, and 301 (or equivalent forms) once a year to OSHA.

    The submission period starts on January 2, and the deadline is March 2, 2026.
