• Follow your company’s incident response plan
• A plan developed in advance of any incident should be specific to the needs of your business and typically covers: 
  • Containing the situation
  • Assessing the nature, scope, and severity of the incident
  • Examining your systems  
  • A communication plan for employees, customers and third parties
• Follow legal requirements for reporting the event and notifying impacted third parties
• Report the incident immediately so that we can investigate and provide assistance
