When There is Property Damage

If your property has been damaged:

• Make sure there are no unsafe conditions before entering the property
• Secure the property to avoid further damage:
  • Emergency board up
  • Tarping roof
  • Emergency water remediation
• Report the loss immediately so that we can investigate and provide assistance
• Report any crime to the police
• Take photographs
• Do not dispose of any property as it may be needed to assess the loss or cause of loss
